Capstone folio — portfolio presentation session

Does Income AI Hub guarantee income, or is it an MLM?

No. Income AI Hub runs premium hands-on AI income skills courses for billable, client-grade work. We are a registered vocational training provider — not a multi-level marketing organisation, not a get-rich-quick scheme, and not investment advice. The .pro domain is branding only and does not indicate MLM structure or recruitment-based earnings. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, or salary outcomes. Our courses teach practical AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI workflows that can support professional earning when applied with skill and judgment.

What prerequisites do I need before enrolling?

You should be comfortable using a computer, web browser, and common office software. Prior experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude is helpful but not required for Atelier Foundations. For advanced folio modules, we recommend completing Foundations or equivalent experience with AI-assisted client work. You do not need a programming background — our focus is AI productivity and service delivery for professionals, not software engineering degrees.

Are courses offered online, in person, or both?

Both. Live cohort sessions are available at our Preston Street studio in Ottawa and via secure video for participants across Canada. Self-paced modules are fully online. Weekend intensives and corporate workshops can be delivered in person in the Ottawa-Gatineau area or remotely. You choose the format that fits your schedule when registering.

How large are atelier cohorts?

Live cohorts are capped at fourteen participants to ensure instructor access and meaningful peer feedback. Corporate workshops vary by arrangement — typically eight to twenty-four attendees. One-to-one skills reviews are individual sessions. We believe smaller groups produce better learning outcomes for AI workflow practice and service packaging exercises.

What does corporate profit training cost?

Corporate workshop pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars based on group size, duration, and customisation level. Half-day sessions typically start from C$2,400; full-day sessions from C$4,200. Remote delivery is available at adjusted rates. Contact us with your team size and objectives for a detailed proposal. Training fees are for education only — we do not guarantee business results.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel more than fourteen days before your cohort start date, you receive a full refund minus a C$50 administration fee. Cancellations within seven to fourteen days receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future cohort. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable. Self-paced module refunds are available within seven days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed. See our Terms of Service for complete details.

How do you handle personal information under PIPEDA?

We collect only the personal information necessary to deliver training and respond to enquiries. Registration data, contact form submissions, and payment records are stored securely in Canada where possible. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. Our full Privacy Policy explains retention periods, third-party processors, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

What do your courses NOT include?

Our programmes do not include: guaranteed income or profit promises; get-rich-quick or passive income autopilot content; cryptocurrency, trading signals, or investment advisory; MLM or network marketing recruitment; executive MBA credentials or accredited university degrees; life coaching or wellness transformation programmes; or fake partner badges and fabricated earnings dashboards. We teach vocational AI income skills — craft, scope, and professional service delivery.

What is your AI tool policy during courses?

Participants may use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and other approved AI tools during exercises. You are responsible for your own tool subscriptions where required. We teach prompt engineering, AI output quality review, and ethical disclosure when AI assists client deliverables. Instructors demonstrate best practices but do not endorse any single vendor. AI-generated content may contain errors — all work submitted to clients must be verified by you.
